DarMel Marine Service, Privacy Policy for Meta Advertising DarMel Marine Service ("DarMel," "we," "us") operates in Ontario, Canada and can be reached at darren@darmelmarine.com or 705-647-2824. When you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the information you provide through the lead form: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your boat and project (year, make, model, the area of the boat you'd like to transform, and your timeline). We use this information only to follow up about your SeaDek project, provide a quote, schedule work, and, if you don't opt out, to let you know about future DarMel offers and updates. Meta processes and delivers the ad and the lead form on our behalf and has its own privacy policy governing that role. We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside of DarMel and the tools we use to run this campaign. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing darren@darmelmarine.com. We keep lead information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or complete a project, consistent with Canada's personal information protection law (PIPEDA).
